When you apply for a loan or contact us, we collect information you provide, such as your name, contact details, income, assets, employment, and property information. With your authorization, we obtain credit reports. Loan applications are completed through our secure application portal.

We use your information to evaluate your loan request, communicate with you, submit your file to lenders, comply with law, and prevent fraud.
How we share it
We share information with the lenders, credit bureaus, appraisers, title and settlement agents, and service providers needed to process your loan, and with regulators when required. We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect it
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the FTC Safeguards Rule.
